The staff is not very attentive, 'give me your money and get out' attitude. The greens are huge and mostly grass covered, little bumpy though quick. They have cleared out a lot of the tall grass and play is faster but they ask too much money for a course that is not special in ANY way.

The greens at Charlotte Golf Links are usually a little bumpy and one or two rarely in shape. They have cleared out the natural areas so pace of play should be much improved and the overall layout is very attractive and challenging. The staff should realize they are in service industry and are not doing the golfers a favor if they do their job. They often act like they are not happy and would rather be some place else.

I enjoyed the layout of this course and the fact that there are no hidden hazards. Need more commitment to pace of play from the staff. Pace was terrible on this date, although the last time I played it was very good. Easy to get to, which may contribute to some of the problems.
